Short Sale Update

Well unfortunately still no good news for my short sale client. This week when I spoke to the listing agent he informed me that the bank is now reconsidering doing another broker's price opinion before making their decision. WHAT?!? It's very frustrating that the bank has decided to do this so far into this short sale process. One thing I have learned from short sales is that patience is truly a virtue. Hopefully the next time you hear from someone saying they read in the newspaper that a buyer got a great deal on a short sale and only took 2 weeks you'll say to yourself "yeah right!"
