Today my boyfriend David and I went to the newly opened restaurant in Pasadena called
The Counter. I was so excited when I heard that they had opened a location close by. When you walk in you are given a clip board and you can custom build your burger. David and I heard a celebration happening in the kitchen and we were wondering what everyone was cheering about. Well funny thing is our waiter came over to our table to inform us that the celebration was actually for our table. David happened to be the first customer to order a 1 lb carne asada plate. Wonder what 1 lb of carne asada looks like?
The Counter is located at 140 Shoppers Lane right off of South Lake Avenue. They have a great happy hour Monday - Friday from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM, which includes 1/2 price on starters and $1.00 off all beer and wine.
