Short Sale Update Part II

After 3 MONTHS. That's right, 3 MONTHS!! I finally got a call yesterday with great news that my short sale offer has been approved! It was so great to finally be able to call my client with some good news. The agent informed me that the 2 other buyers that we were competing with, were not as patient as my client was. I sent the necessary paperwork yesterday and today we took a second look at the condo. Now let's hope we can close this short sale!
