Today on caravan I previewed a beautiful home in the Linda Vista area for my Pasadena buyer. It usually takes a lot to distract me, but today I found myself very distracted by the extensive Barbie doll collection that this seller had. Almost every bedroom had something Barbie in it. What girl doesn't love to look at Barbies? However, if you are trying to sell your home this is not the time to display your fabulous Barbie collection. I had to walk through the home twice because I realized that I had paid more attention to the Barbies then to the house.
Before putting your home on the market you should make sure to eliminate clutter.
