SOLD! REO Condo in Burbank Closed in Less Than 2 Months

The escrow for my first-time home buyer in Burbank closed yesterday! Originally we had wrote an offer on a 1 bed/1 bath condo in La Crescenta, but my buyer's lender would not approve the complex because 50% or more of the units were rentals. Luckily we found another condo in Burbank that he loved, it's close to his work and it's a 2 bed/2 bath condo. Even though this condo was an REO, our escrow went smoothly and we were able to close in a month and a half.
