Today I closed escrow on this 4 bedroom/3 bathroom La Crescenta home. The home is located on a cul-de-sac and has beautiful views of the Foothills. My buyers had been looking for almost a year before finding their new home. At first we started looking at homes in the Glendale Chevy Chase area with views and privacy. Eventually we began looking in La Crescenta because they were expecting their first baby and their buying priorities had shifted. La Crescenta has Blue Ribbon schools and they now wanted a grassy backyard with room to play. They will be painting the interior, removing cottage cheese ceilings, and upgrading the appliances in the kitchen and remodeling a bathroom before moving in. I can't wait to see the transformation!
