Last Friday I closed escrow on this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Tujunga. There were 13 offers on this property and we wrote $40,000 over asking. My buyers were first time home buyers and I had been working with them since December. Originally we started looking at homes in Pasadena and Altadena but most of the homes were too far North for their commute to work. The buyers also wanted to be closer to their family that live in La Canada Flintridge so we started looking at homes in La Crescenta and Tujunga. They will be getting married this October so we closed escrow just in time! My buyers love to cook and entertain; the home is completely updated and has a large pool with a covered patio.
