SOLD! La Canada Flintridge Pocket Listing

Last month I sold this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Traditional home in La Canada Flintridge. This home was not in the MLS, it was a pocket listing. The buyers had missed out on a couple homes in the past so when we found out about this home our buyers were so excited. This doesn't mean the buyers had no competition, in fact there were multiple offers and we wrote $87,000 over asking. The home is located on a cul-de-sac and close to the Elementary School. These were 2 important features that the buyers fell in love with.

Yesterday I posted the La Canada Flintridge Market Statistics for July 2013 but I did not include this sale.  It's important to work with a local Realtor that is aware of ALL listings in your area and a Realtor that is in constant communication with other local Realtors.
