According to above Realtor.org survey, home buyers are compromising on price, size and condition of a home they purchased. Characteristics that home buyers are not compromising on are lot size, distance from job, quality of neighborhood, quality of schools and distance from school.

La Canada Unified School District ranked as the second highest public school district in California for 2012-2013. The district scored 947 out of 1000 points.
