SOLD! 2+1 NW Pasadena Traditional

Today I closed escrow on this 2 bedroom/1 bathroom traditional home in NE Pasadena.  I met the buyer at an open house a few months ago at the height of the real estate frenzy. She was outbid on that home by over $50,000, but the home was already at the top of her budget. I wrote an offer on another home in NE Pasadena but this time we were outbid because the sellers wanted the buyer to remove the loan and appraisal contingencies. The buyer did not feel comfortable doing this so we decided to keep looking. The home she purchased came on the market right before Labor Day weekend. We wrote $26,000 over asking price and closed in 45 days. Congratulations Sarah!
