Barker Block Downtown Los Angeles Art's District Final Phase Grand Opening

A week from today is the grand opening for the final phase at Barker Block in Downtown Los Angeles. Many buyers have been waiting years for the final phase to be completed to purchase a unit in Art's District. There will be 68 units that will start as low as $400,000. The open floor plans will range from 675 square feet to approximately 2,000 square feet with similar amenities as the original phase with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, or concrete floors.

When my husband and I were looking for a home in Downtown Los Angeles two years ago Barker Block was our second choice. We loved the building and the amenities that the complex offered. Living in Art's District was the best decision we made and we love it here. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and Metro stops that are walking distance. With the addition of our gourmet market, Urban Radish, we have everything we need right here.
