Yesterday I closed escrow on this 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Townhome in Pasadena. My buyer is a first time homebuyer and works on South Lake Avenue so he can walk to work everyday and enjoy the restaurants and shops. The buyer has some great ideas for updating the unit before he move in with his fiancé.
