SOLD! Culver City Short Sale

 

Today I closed escrow on this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home in Culver City. We opened escrow in November and it took two months to receive short sale approval.  The property is a fixer and the the buyers plan on updating the home as an investment property. Congratulations to the buyers!
