Yesterday I closed escrow on this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Northwest Glendale. The buyer is a first time homebuyer and is so excited to make this her first home. The home is close to Kenneth Village and in wonderful neighborhood. The buyer plans to update the kitchen and bathrooms before moving in. Congratulations to the buyer!
