A few months ago I went on Glendale caravan to take a look at the Excelsior Condominiums at the Americana. Although they were very nice inside I don't think I would want to pay the asking price - anywhere from $800,000 and up. I think it is a great idea to have a home where you can live, work, and play but I would prefer to live somewhere that has more privacy and for that amount of money, a view.
At the time we went to preview these condos they were not 50% sold, but this weeks LCF Outlook has an ad that states over 50% of the condos have now been sold and the HOA is offering 50% off HOA fees for 2 years.
