Today I went on Burbank caravan to preview a home for my client that was located on 1816 N. Brighton Place. The property has just been remodeled 4 months ago and had a new kitchen/appliances, wine rack, refinished hardwood floors, new windows, and new heater/ac. As I was making my way over to Pasadena caravan I was driving down St. Katherine Dr. in La Cañada and I saw this coyote looking out to the foothills. I had never seen anything like this before and I couldn't believe it didn't run away when I pulled up next to it to take a picture.
After I took the picture I made my way down the hill to 1449 Lida St. in Pasadena to preview for my Pasadena buyer. This is the first time this home has ever been on the market and will most likely be eligible for inclusion under the Mills Act due to it's authenticated historic provenance. The home was beautiful but it needed a lot of upgrades throughout.
