Unfortunately due to the rain most of the homes that were scheduled to be on caravan today were canceled; however, before the rain came pouring down I did get a chance to look at 2 new listings on 4735 Vineta Ave. and 4882 Commonwealth Ave.
Vineta is currently listed for $2,895,000 and has 5 bed/5 bath, 20' ceilings, & entertainer's backyard with pool. Commonwealth is a cape cod estate listed for $2,595,000m, and has 4 bed/4 bath, RV parking, and 1,700 bonus room/attic.
