This past weekend I went to a friend's engagement party which was held at The Langham Hotel in Pasadena. My friend and her fiancé are currently leasing a condo in Playa Vista and will soon be looking to buy a starter home in Pasadena or La Cañada. Although they will not be purchasing a home for a few months I advised them that it is a good idea to casually start looking at homes to get an idea of what they might like.
