I previewed 3 townhomes today in the Mission Meridian Village, which is in the heart of the Mission West District of South Pasadena. These townhomes are conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro Gold Line, farmer's market, shops, and local restaurants. The first 2 units I looked at were similar except for square footage. They were both 3-level townhomes and have plenty of natural light and nice updates throughout. The 3rd townhome is actually the only single family residence located in the Mission Meridian Village. Instead of having 3 bedrooms like the first 2 units I previewed, this home had 4 large bedrooms including 2 master suites.
Unit B, 3 bed/2.5 bath, $699,000, 1,628 sq ft., HOA Dues $314.19
Unit D, 3 bed/2.5 bath, $728,000, 1,804 sq ft., HOA Dues $334.25
