SOLD! La Cañada Traditional Closed in One Month

Yesterday, after a one month long escrow, I successfully closed escrow on a beautiful home in La Cañada. About a year ago we had submitted an offer on a home in La Crescenta that was a multiple offer situation, but we were outbid by another buyer. Then, about six months ago we submitted another 2 offers on the same block in South Pasadena, and we opened escrow on one of these homes. During our inspection period, my buyers decided to have an electric and magnetic field measurement taken. The results turned out to be significantly higher than the average measurement and consequently we canceled escrow. I do believe everything happens for a reason and once they saw the home in La Cañada they knew it was the right home for them and their new born baby.
