-The average sales price YTD is $3,625,000, which is $666,626 shy from last years average of $4,291,626. I have a feeling we will surpass last years average sales price by the end of the year.
-The average price per square feet is $581.94, up from last year's average of $552.43.
-The average days on market YTD is 73 days, down from 215 days last year.
-The average selling price to listing price YTD is 94.18%, up from last years average of 89.39%.
